Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Cuvée Superiore DOCG, with the Dry version’s sugar content, exalts the fruity notes of the DOCG bringing out bouquets of juicy ripe apples and pears accompanied by a light almond aroma perfectly harmonized with the fineness of acacia flowers. This is a sunny, rich, and fragrant wine with a straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent, and impressive bead that involves the palate in the most harmonious, soft and velvety embrace.
Ideal for celebrating, it is the perfect match not only for an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment for the entire meal, including dessert. Start with a crisp of Parmesan, ricotta and cherry tomatoes, followed by calamari risotto with Sicilian lemons, grouper fillets with caramelized figs, and top it off with an obligatory tiramisu.
Harvested by hand, the Glera grapes are gently pressed. It is fermented with selected yeasts at 15°C. Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method at low temperatures.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
