The grapes with which this premium, straw-yellow Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is made originate in the hills that are a Unesco World Heritage site between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The bouquet expresses fruity, fresh and enveloping notes of white flowers with delicate hints of golden delicious apple typical of the variety. The flavor is soft and velvety with an elegant perlage that teases the palate.
Superb as an aperitif, at the table it pairs perfectly with fish and spring vegetable dishes.
Very soft pressing and crushing. Fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. Sparkling wine production process carried out using the Charmat method at a temperature of 15°C.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve at 6-8°C.
