Millage Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is a straw-yellow sparkling wine with a broad, fruity and floral bouquet. Zesty and soft on the palate with fine and elegant perlage. Harmonious and rich flavor with a pleasantly fruity finish.
For happy hour, when the sunset tinges the sky purple, it pairs perfectly with tantalizing finger foods and crunchy vegetable chips. For a party, dancing barefoot on the sand, pair it with seafood dishes such as red shrimp tartare with avocado and lime, oysters and tabasco or a fantastic tuna tataki with ginger sauce.
Very soft pressing and crushing. Fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15° C. The sparkling wine production process is conducted using the Charmat method at 15° C.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
