Our Prosecco DOC Organic Extra Dry originates in the heart of the Treviso countryside, from vineyards grown exclusively according to the organic method. Carefully selected Glera grapes are processed to create an extremely delicate sparkling wine which becomes an elegant expression of the territory.
Its refined bouquet features delicate notes of acacia flowers which mingle with fruity aromas of golden delicious apple, pineapple and orange. On the palate, its balanced acidity and sweetness provide an engaging sensation, where very fine bubbles enhance each sip.
For a creative and healthy snack, a fantastic idea is to pair it with avocado toast, croutons with chickpea hummus and vegan burgers or a fresh, colorful Buddha bowl.
The free-run must, obtained by softly squeezing the grapes, is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15°C. Secondary fermentation is carried out in a pressure tank using the Charmat method at a temperature of 14°C.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
