Bold and elegant, this is the driest version of our Prosecco DOC. The taste is complex, well-balanced in rich flavor and smoothness, whereas the aroma of Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut is that of an inviting basket of freshly picked fruit: apples, pears and Mediterranean citrus with delicate hints of white wildflowers. The subtle and persistent effervescence revitalizes and brings forth fruity aromas, cleansing the palate well with its harmonious acidity.
For the most refined palates, this energetic Brut accentuates raw fish appetizers: oysters with yuzu jelly and pink pepper, citrus-marinated shrimp, salmon tartare, or lobster linguine. Don’t hesitate to try it with a delicious Colonnata lard and Treviso radicchio pizza, or crispy fried fish.
After lightly crushing, the must is fermented with selected yeasts at 15°C. The sparkling wine production process is carried out using the Charmat Method at a temperature of 15°C.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
