The style and winemaking know-how of the Prosecco DOC region of Treviso are perfectly expressed in this exquisite and balanced Extra Dry sparkling wine, with its typical bright straw-yellow color. Its fresh and voluptuous bouquet leads with notes of citrus, white peach and quince, and then allows seductive rose aromas and bread crust fragrances to emerge. Extremely well balanced, Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry teases the palate with good acidity and persistence.
Its softness pairs well with lightly cooked dishes, as it enhances the natural flavors of food. It excels with seafood dishes such as mollusks and shellfish, sea bass and tuna sushi tacos, as well as chicken and paprika mini-burgers, little foccaccia flats with Bologna mortadella, and quinoa arancini with garden-fresh vegetables and turmeric.
The free-run must, which is obtained by softly squeezing the grapes, is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15°C. Secondary fermentation is carried out in a pressure tank with the Charmat method at 15°C
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
