Sparkling and pleasantly drinkable, this Prosecco Treviso DOC pays tribute to tradition with the age-old technique of twine binding, which is done manually bottle by bottle. Pale straw-yellow color with a subtle fruity aroma, this sparkling wine is smooth and harmonious on the palate.
Enjoy this wine as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes, vegetarian recipes and fish.
Soft pressing and crushing. Fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. Sparkling wine production process carried out using the Charmat method at a temperature of 16°C.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve at 6-8°C.
