Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato is a sparkling wine with intense, fruity fragrances, an inviting, juicy taste reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit pulp, and an elegant aftertaste with clean notes of apple. Perfectly balanced rich flavor, acidity, smoothness and great freshness. On the nose, notes of apple and pear reveal floral hints of wisteria and acacia. As elegant as the fine tapestry of vineyards marking the hills where the grapes of the DOCG denomination are grown and harvested exclusively by hand.
Fine and aromatic, it is outstanding with white fish carpaccio, scallops with potato puree, or a shrimp, asparagus, and avocado spring salad It is delicious with delicate fish or seasonal vegetable risottos, and fresh lasagnette pasta.
Harvested by hand, the grapes are gently pressed. It is fermented with selected yeasts at 15°C. Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method at low temperatures.
Store in a cool, dark place at 12-18°C.
Avoid storing in the refrigerator for long periods.
Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
