Mix flour with sugar, 2 eggs and diced butter until you have crumbly mixture. Pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°. Bake for 20-25 minutes and allow to cool. Blend the mascarpone with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 egg in a bowl. Slice into portions and garnish with the mascarpone cream and raspberries.
